Boughey & Dalziel have been looking after tenanted properties (mainly residential) for many years and have gained a wealth of experience in the field. We are registered under the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral "Landlords Accreditation Scheme" which confirms the high standard of service we offer. We are also bound by the rules of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors which gives our landlord clients the peace of mind of knowing that the firm is owned and run by a fully qualified professional person.

We are geared up to handle single properties or a portfolio of any size with the help of our fully computerised accounting system.

Since 1988 the standard residential agreement is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy which has a minimum term of six months, on the basis of a market rent.

Whilst the service we offer includes: Receiving and processing rents Monthly accounting to landlords or quarterly if preferred Property inspections Dealing with day to day repairs Dealing with Housing Benefits We also offer a "Find Tenant Only" service for a one off flat fee.

We undertake a credit check on every applicant and references are taken up where available. A deposit is required in all cases, this will be held until the tenant vacates the property in our non interest bearing clients account and will be returned to the outgoing tenant providing there are no rent arrears and the property is left in an acceptable condition.

You will be advised of the legal requirements relating to Electric/Gas appliances and we will be happy to advise on any other matters concerning the property to the best of our knowledge.
